Client Overview

ARTouch Consulting is a boutique cross-cultural PR & digital communication agency headquartered in London, with expertise in connecting brands in sectors such as arts, culture and luxury lifestyle with audiences in China, the UK and beyond.

The Mission

ARTouch got in touch looking for a new website that better reflected where the agency was at. They already had a site, but as the business had grown, it no longer told the full story or did justice to the range of work they were doing.

With ARTouch operating across different markets, particularly the UK and China, the website needed to be clearer. Clearer about services, clearer about experience, and clearer about what makes them different. As is often the case, the business had moved faster than the website had.

Design

ARTouch already had a strong sense of who they were, so this wasn’t about reinventing the brand. It was more about stripping things back and letting the work speak for itself.

I focused on a clean, minimal layout with strong structure and typography, keeping everything simple and easy to navigate. The aim was to avoid anything overly decorative and instead create something that felt confident and considered.

There’s also a balance to strike when working with a cross-cultural agency. The design needed to feel comfortable across different audiences without leaning too heavily in one direction. That informed a lot of the smaller design decisions throughout the site.

Development

The site was built on WordPress so the ARTouch team could manage content themselves without friction. Services, case studies and insight pieces all needed to be easy to add and update, as publishing new work is a regular part of how they operate.

Under the hood, the build focuses on performance, responsiveness and accessibility. Nothing clever for the sake of it. Just a solid, reliable setup that works across devices and won’t get in the way as the site grows.

Outcome

I worked closely with the ARTouch team throughout the project to make sure the site worked for them as well as their audience. The end result is a fully content-managed website that presents their services more clearly, gives proper space to their portfolio, and supports ongoing insight and thought-leadership content. It’s a simpler site than before, but a stronger one. Easier to use, easier to maintain, and better aligned with how the agency works day to day.
