Hi! I’m Paul Maloney, a freelance WordPress Developer, Front-End developer, and Web Designer from Liverpool, UK.
Here’s a few fun facts about me:
Basically, what I’m telling you is that I like to stay busy and keep things varied. That’s also, as it happens, why I work on a freelance basis. I like everyday not being the same, the challenges that freelance can bring and working with a wide variety of clients. Additionally, this taste for consistent change means that I can adapt to any challenge. I started out 20 years ago in print design and 16 years ago, I made the switch to web design and development.
Of course, my passion for beautiful designs never died and my years in print have only ensured that not only do I provide accessible, high-quality websites to my clients, but they always are visually beautiful, too. I’m a strong believer in collaboration and will never provide a website that has pre-made templates or solutions as I understand the importance of providing solutions that are directly catered to the specific needs and demands of a business.
This is why I choose WordPress.
WordPress offers the versatility that I enjoy, and I love creating themes and custom plugins on the platform. This combined with my passion for front-end development means I can always guarantee clean, standards compliant websites with a focus on usability and accessibility without neglecting the visuals and creatively designed user interfaces. I have a personal as well as professional investment in the work that I do and ensure that not only am I up to date on industry and technological advances but that I ensure that when necessary or possible, these are implemented for my clients.
Finally, let’s get into the technicalities of what I do. I work using:
In development I make use of Grunt and Version Control with GIT.
These are just a few of my mentions, articles and interviews.
